If keeping below the sound barrier is important to you, I would back off a little. This load will be supersonic under different atmospheric conditions unless you took that velocity reading at a very high altitude, low pressure. Also I've noticed that in most of my trailboss loads I get unexplained variance in velocities that would most likely also put you over. However if it is accurate and you aren't concerned with breaking the sound barrier under some conditions then no need to do anything. I suspect that the long profile of the 220 grain Woodleigh will make the transition to transonic without destabilizing but you might want to check that also.
This is why most 22LR long range target ammunition >50 yards is held in the neighborhood of 1050, to avoid a transonic destabilization. While short range <50 yard target ammunition may be closer to 1100 fps.

Updated with a grain lower. So 14.5gr looks about right for 1050fps.
