LMS = Prisma?

Post by Gun Barrel Ecologist »

I note that Blaser no longer make a Saddlemount for what I know as Prism rail scopes. I own two of these and have already had some fun and games making sure I had all the bits for them...

Searching through the Innomount catalogue http://www.innogun.de/fileadmin/downloa ... _DE_EN.pdf I note they still list a mount for the Blaser for the LMS system - page 6.

The only big name listing LMS scopes is S&B in the Klassic series - the LMC (C for convex) was introduced after they first made the Zenith line, and will presumably be carried onto the Statos, Exos and Polar lines just as the SR has from the PV to Z6 & Z8 etc.

So can someone closer to Innomount confirm the LMS is the Prisma rail as it was known on Swarovski pre SR, Zeiss pre ZM, S&B pre Convex etc?

Any ballpark figures on what they go for? I havent yet killed a Blaser Saddflemount but get tetchy about things ceasing to be available, and have two Prism rail scopes in my collection that tend to be clipped to heavy kickers so anything is possible :lol:
