Some years agoe I used to cut up the roedeer I shot, but now I take them to a freind, who is butcher and I get it home ready to cook :)

He get much more out of a deer then me and its so good to have in the freezer, ready to put on the Weber ;)

And it cost 25 dollar to get it done, I just deliver the animal to him ;)

I have been processing my own deer for MANY years because it got to expensive around here, but for $25, I wouldn't even own a knife.Image

Now I just got a very good knife, but I still wont cut my own deer ;)

That looks food on the webber looks very nice.... Its making me hungry..
