I have something similar but without the glass door. Great way to smoke food and maintain a proper temperature

There is a company that has a booth every year at the Dallas Show. They have samples out so you can taste the finished product. The samples are outstanding. It happened to be between the two sections so it was very convenient to 'go by' quite often.

They have various sizes including units for commercial use. They are made of stainless steel. They have other cooking equipment including a Jerky Dryer, cold smoke plates, carts, rib hooks, grills for seafood and items that might fall through the larger grills.

They have one that would be great to have around the house. Weighs 50#s, cooks up to 23#s of meat. Wouldn't be in the way...

I have a couple of small pits that work fine but the simplicity and cleanliness of these smokers make them look like a smarter route to go. Maybe some day when I get caught up....

They are located in Plano, Tx.

Looking good. I've wanted to buy one for a long time and you've definitely rekindled that interest.

An acquaintance of mine served me hot smoked fallow once, it was cooked perfectly.

Made me salivate just looking at the photos....

If you want smoking recipes, in my mind, you can not go past an Australian legend in this dark art:

Bob Hart - Heat & Smoke

Australian BBQ Academy - Recipes & Tips

Having checked he has a new edition out too...

I have a Weber Smokey Mountain - but now have upgrade-itis :-)
