Olsens Steak

Pracitising my steak cooking skills, for when Olsen gets here. I am cooking dinner until he gets a deer. Then he will be in charge of Weber grill duties.

If you can arrange, I can bow hunt from the Weber, then I do both, no problems :whistle:

This thread inspired me. I call the wife up and she defrosted a steak before I came home. Had the McCoys Dry Rub (thanks Ron) and it was great. I hope Olsen enjoys the Webber :D
