Fenech - Thats Maltese for Rabbit

Post by mchughcb »

On Tuesday I had the best wild rabbit meal I've ever eaten. It was a rabbit that I shot on Friday last week, prepared maltese style

Stuf art Ill fenech Bil puseli oul patata

Rabbit stew with peas and potatos (with pasta and topped with cheese)

I've heard stories about the mythical Maltese rabbit, never actually tried it but one day.
I'm soft and I don't care.
