This thing is awesome.
I finally switched from a hand operated mincing machine I've had for the last 25 years or so to and electric one.
I went looking for Sausage skins and one on sale $120 reduced from $200 so I thought why not.
Damn thing just pumps it through, no RSI or stopping for a break just push it down and out it goes, it even has the sausage attachments so I don't have use that POS attachment on the old unit.
Will make some snags up tomorrow, but I also dropped into the local butcher for some fat, turns out he's a shooter too and will give me all the fat I want for free.

I had one that looked just like that. Did a remarkable good job. Just take your time and don’t try to rush it, and it chugged right through.

I run the mince twice on the course setting, do it once mix the mince so the distributes evenly and then run again and it blends perfect.
I put some aside to cook with and still got 20kg of mince for sausages, about 10kg of stir fry strips and the two fillets I've salted and I'm making kind of Prosciutto out of them, not sure how well it will work just yet.

I've got one similar to that, I just found that sometimes you just need to run everything through twice.
Measure it, when it’s on the deck

It definitely makes it easier to mince it up either way.
