Thought I would do something different from the usual for Friday. Took some sambar out of the freezer this week with a view of doing something a bit special but simple for Friday night. Tonight was a simple dish fillet , potato and cauliflower.....but a bit of behind the scenes in dollying up.
Sambar fillet ( rest at room temp for 30mins, olive oil then South African bbq rub)
Potatoes ( hasselback style)
Cauliflower sauce- ( boiled cauliflower to soft, pulsed with some milk, flour, butter, cheese, mustard powder, sweet paprika and prosciutto then warmed until thick)
Cheers
