Most of the Mouflon, together with a lot of breast's from geese, ducks, pigeons and a woodcock, was made to sausage's :clap:

31 sausage's and they taste great :)

Got some phesant chest and mouflon bag leg, smoked, that's great too :drool:

Hmmmm not sure about giving him the meat... Must say that's a heck of a combination you put together. Is it to be eaten dry or can it be fried/grilled/etc.?
