K95 .410 Barrel
I thought I saw someone write on this forum that there was a guy in the states who made K95 barrels. I'm in the mood for a .410, perfect accompaniment to my rifle barrels. Not sure it can be done but it seems possible to me.
Would love to get a few grouse or ptarmigan. Any thoughts?

Nothing like a small bore shotgun for a bit of light fun.
Good luck with the hunt.

Something in a 45 caliber might be easier, as that's should just be a case of removing the lands.

I've thought about boring out of a 9.3. Probably the most expedient but damn that's got to cost some big bucks!

That it would, although the barrel would look nicer and more factory.

ptarmigan are pretty tasty but that would make them a luxury item... Would be cool though. They never made a 28g bbl for the K95?wglinak wrote:I've thought about boring out of a 9.3. Probably the most expedient but damn that's got to cost some big bucks!

Alcoholics anonymous and narcotics anonymous have their pledge/prayer, that's the Blaserholics anonymous pledge/prayer, but none of us pray for the strength to resist

Re: K95 .410 Barrel
First I got to make sure it works. I'm not worried about boring out the barrel, but after some thought, the ejector might be an issue. Just depends on the diameter of the base of both cases. Time for some research.
Could also call Blaser and see if they would build one.

It's kind of unfortunate, a .410 or .28 gauge would be an ideal accompaniment for this receiver.

Stumbled across this thread and was just curious if you ever contacted Blaser on a 410 barrel for the K95?wglinak wrote:First I got to make sure it works. Re: K95 .410 Barrel
Boring out a 9.3X74R would definitely work.
