Nice work! Did you take any video? Would be good to add it to the playlist if you did.

I hope you will take this in good humor, but the coyote is handsome.

You are not the first to point that out to me.

I am back from my Kipplauf mule deer hunt. I spotted a decent buck for the area I was hunting sunrise the first morning of my hunt and it took me until late afternoon of the fourth day to be able to get within range for a shot. I looked over a lot of bucks over those four days but had my heart set on this one. It was cold, rainy and very windy over the four days I hunted him and I was out watching him looking for an opportunity to move on him all day Long every day, but could not get within 500 yards.
On the fourth afternoon we found a group of does and moved in to check them out. As we peeked over the ridge we saw the buck at 223 yards ( thanks Eddie for selling me the Leica RF Binos they worked great), and I was able to get a shot. He went right down in his tracks and rolled down hill and it looked like he was trying to get back up so I put a second shot in him to make sure. It was no problem opening the rifle flicking the fired 30-06 case out and reloading even wearing thin liner gloves. I am very happy with the performance of my

Kipplauf.
I then switched the 30-06 barrel for my 222 barrel and went coyote calling. One shot 172 yards.
