How good is Krieghoff Service?

A few years ago I bought a 22 Mag einstecklauf for my Sauer 3000 drilling. Somehow and somewhere I managed to lose my square tool for installation and removal. The gunsmith machined a allen key to fit but I was never happy with it. This week I emailed the online shop at KRIEGHOFF and today they were kind enough to reply that that would send a replacement unit free of charge.

Can't fault that for customer service

When it arrives I'll make a video on KRIEGHOFF einstecklauf regulation.

Sounds good, generally the more high quality manufacturers offer an equally high quality of customer service.

Now that is great customer service. Can't complain about that and how it should be. Too often after sales care is missing once the sale has been done.
