Well I'm officially in the club now.

Picked her up today and I was impressed, it looks like it's never even been fired and spent it's life in the factory box.

But I have found 3 problems,
1) I won't be able to shoot it till mid November.
2) I currently only own 1.
3) the tiny thing even makes the 2-7x36 Kahles look big.

But damn I'm glad I didn't get the 300win mag one, it's a dainty little thing that will be a joy to carry but it's definitely going to kick more then an R8 or R93.

You'll be fine. I do not like recoil, and my Stutzen in 308 is a pussy cat. Very nice to shoot. Quite a different animal recoil wise from full power, heavy bullet, 06 loads in the same platform.

Not really planning on running it hot, 308win velocity will do me just fine.

You will love it Speedy, I was concerned about recoil in such a petite rifle but the 308 suites it just right and does really well in the short barrel.

It already is, I want to go zero it on Wednesday but seeing as the missus is only here for a week before I head over to Bangkok for a month with her it will have to wait.

I would do it, but I really don't want a divorce, I wonder if I can get a friend to take her shopping for a few hours and have a sneaky zero.
