The most expensive
The best pattern ?

So far all I know is they are made in Italy, and they are shotgun shells.

Corjack

They are probably the most expensive shells on the market today bar the red shot from RC

Used by people who want to be seen using it

Typically at expensive shoots whereby you want to arrive in the right car with the right crowd

They pattern ok but to somebody who are in the KNOW

They are just like any other shell

The marketing talk is that they used hand selected components and they do not fail nor they are out of spec

The second point is very important in competitions whereby one can be disqualified for being out of spec

My best friend travelled all the way to the Philippines to an international competition and was disqualified for being 0.25 grain over what the rules says

Those who shoot B & P tend to think they are the elite in the shot gun scene

Typically you will see them at live pigeon or helice shoots

For you guys that will be Texas , kerville or Dallas gun club

I have competed with members from these establishment at the king's cup in Spain

I have been to shoots when it come down to the last shofound the pot is 75,000 euros or 100kus

these shoots are not high volume game

I.e. at most one shoots 30-40 a competition

Do they pattern BETTER

I don't think so

Have I tested it scientifically NO

Just by scores and feel with my competition gun

I must say for what I have used I have never had a light strike or misfired with B& P

I have had misfires very virtually every brand out there

One brand you guys should look at is chiddite

Nobody has heard about them but they are so big and all the famous brand are actually owned by them like

Bornaghi and RC

Hope that's what you want to hear

My coach knows the owner of b&p well so you want to do business with them drop me a PM

Be prepared to pay between 240-280 euro per 1k retail for most loads up to 28 gram and more for game and helice loads

Have you guys heard of game 12 gauge loads spec to 100 metres ?

Creditte makes one and it is very expensive at 36 gram

We have ordered 250 and will be testing them on high driven phasants in the next few weeks

Well, I've won a few boxes of B&P over the years from comp shoots but only shot it up in practice. Once you use a trusted brand that shoots good you are leary of trying out shells that you have not used regularly and know how and where they shoot. As far as I recall they shot good and didn't cause any issues, but that still doesn't mean I'm going to rush out and buy a couple cases.

Well I bought two cases of them today. The gal was very nice, and I did not think them expensive at all.

B & P is good ammo, but certainly not the best ammo or the highest performing ammo.

It is however, a very expensive ammo, with a lot of hype and image created by Italian advertising agencies.

There are many cheaper and equally good shotgun cartridges.

Do you remember the last team that turned up to a world cup or games with B&P cartridges

Thats because at high level competition, teams demand PERFORMANCE, and B & P cannot deliver what Fiocci/RC/Compak etc can. :)
