MRP is RL22. You can buy them both here, oddly enough. Since the data for them was developed over time, recommended charges as usually very close. Here are some more:

HS-6 = Win 540
HS-7 = Win 571
H110 = Win 296
H414 = Win 760
RL-19 = Norma 204
RL-15 = Norma 203 B <-The B is important here
RL-25 = Norma MRP2
HP38 = Win 231

That does help in translating powders. I wonder why in the chart listed earlier in the thread R 22 is listed as 65 grains and MRP is 67 grains? R-22 at 65 grains is considered a 100% load. The MRP must pack in differently due to dimensions? I will figure it out.

I've got both powders and looked at them. I can't tell any difference visually, which is what I would expect. The QL numbers are guidance, but not absolute.

I was told by a German gunsmith that the idea of the 30R came from the frustration of extracting rimless .30/06 from a drilling. Rechambering to 30R will clean up an '06 chamber and provide a rim for extraction.
