Re: Interesting monolithic bullets
Pellet loss in the 260rem under 200m, I think the hollow arse might be more gimmick then useful.
I'm soft and I don't care.

Re: Interesting monolithic bullets
If I could get them here, and in 8mm, I would be interested for my 8x57...I consider the TTSX to be marginal for expansion below 2300-2400fps.
Petal loss, if it occurs, wouldn't cause me much concern, preferable to a traditional cup/core ditching it's lead payload into minute fragments.

Sorry I should have quoted Corjack, My intent was to refer to him. I would try them if they were made in 8mm too.
Strange that cavity in the tail end. I guess it shifts its weight forward to help balance its CG. I wonder what happens with a compressed load. Can it cause erratic yawing of the bullet from the burn of the powder that ended up in the tail cone?

I'm pretty sure the hollow arse is to fit more powder in.

Re: Interesting monolithic bullets
Interesting manure.... I always thought that longer bullets need faster twist rate barrels to stabilise. Reading their spiel on their design they feel that having a hole in the arse end of the bullet shifts the centre of mass and changes that idea. I find that hard to believe....
