Hello from the Netherlands
Hello, I am RexMundi from the Netherlands. I've done some wild boar shooting, red deer and roe deer over here and in Germany. Shot some twenty muntjac and a few fallow in the UK. I have previously owned a R93 offroad, a R93 Attaché, a BBF95 and a BB97and also a Heym SR30. I now only have a R8 Professional .308 in dark brown left, fitted with a Swarovski Z6i 1,7-10x42 which combo suits me fine for whatever I want to do. Though the R8 is probably the most desirable rifle of the lot, I doubt it's any better then the Heym. But I'm very happy with my R8 and I wouldn't trade it for anything else.

Nice little history there, a good solid base for a Blaserbud.
I'm soft and I don't care.

Welcome to the site! Sounds like you've got a great setup.
It doesn't matter what you shoot as long as you shoot

Glad to have you and your experience with Blasers. I have a Heym SR20 and they do make fine products.

Re: Hello from the Netherlands
We're starting to get the full spread of the international community now aren't we.
I ment to mention earlier that if you have to hunt with one rifle then a 308win isn't a bad choice, it will do for all but large dangerous game and is a pussy cat to shoot.
Bullet slection has something to suit all game and it is accurate and easy to load for.
To think I remember years back not wanting one because I thought it was too common

Re: Hello from the Netherlands
The most dangerous game we have over here is my neighbour's wife's pussy. So I think I'll be allright with my .308.
