New from Florida
Hello,
I am relatively new to Blaser and Sauer rifles. I was lucky enough to stumble across a Sauer 202 lightweight 30-06 in a closing Gander Mountain store. Not knowing anything about the rifle, I did some quick googling and knew this Gem had to come one with me.
After few weeks of not finding any information on my new rifle, I was pointed to Blaserbuds from another forum. Literally all my questions where answered in a matter of minutes by searching this wonderful forum.

Welcome aboard!! Great bunch of guys here...and plenty of info from everyone on a host of topics!
"That if you properly respect what you are after, and shoot it cleanly and on the animal’s terrain, if you imprison in your mind all the wonder of the day from sky to smell to breeze to flowers—then you have not merely killed an animal. You have lent immortality to a beast you have killed because you loved him and wanted him forever so that you could always recapture the day." —R.Ruark

Re: New from Florida
Welcome! This is a good group of folks who have answers for all manner of questions. I too got into Sauer 202 and Mauser M03 a few years ago - quality firearms! I started my hunting in Florida almost 40 years ago (Gator Alum), but moved to Colorado 32 years ago - can't handle Florida summers anymore . . .
