Good morning from South Africa

Post by gillie »

Morning all

New to the site. Shooting a Blaser F16 shotgun and recently purchased a K95 in 8x57 IRS.

Looking forward to learn a lot about about the K95 as the breakneck single shot rifle is not that common in SA.

Have a good one.

Welcome to the site from a fellow K95 owner! Great group here with plenty of good info, stories, experience, etc!
"That if you properly respect what you are after, and shoot it cleanly and on the animal’s terrain, if you imprison in your mind all the wonder of the day from sky to smell to breeze to flowers—then you have not merely killed an animal. You have lent immortality to a beast you have killed because you loved him and wanted him forever so that you could always recapture the day." —R.Ruark

Welcome to Blaserbuds, quite a few of us use and love the K95. One of mine has been to your country with me a few times. The more you use your K95 the more you learn about it’s virtues and your appreciation for it just grows.
