Greetings

Post by Hkeyes#62 »

I have been a member for a while but never yet posted an introduction. I grew up hunting with my dad from the age of in Texas. My Dad passed and my wife of 35 years decided to be my hunting buddy. We both enjoy the precision of long range shooting and reloading. We hunt Elk yearly at our home in Montana and go yearly to hunt Moose with our amazing guides and now adopted sons in Newfoundland. If you have never been there then you are missing an opportunity to be around some amazing hunting and even more amazing people. I have grown to really admire Blaser rifles have a small collection of LRS and Tactical 2 rifles. My next step is to move to an R8 based system so that my left handed son and grandson can use a firearm that I hunted with, just as I have my Dad’s and his Dad’s firearms along with there many stories.
Thank you for letting me share.

Welcome aboard mate.
Life is too short to hunt with an ugly dog.

Welcome to BB , I look forward in hearing some of your exploits.
A moose and a Elk hunt is a pipe dream for me that is slipping away as I get older.
