Finally decided to sign up since I’m so close to buying my first Blaser . I’m retired Army living in south east Louisiana and have waited, stressed, read and watched Blaser long enough. Struggling between the R8 Pro Success and the K 95. Ugh.... 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thanks for a great and informative site.

Tough choice, my pick is if you shoot at multiple animals then the R8 is the go, if like me you you usually only get one shot the K95 isn't just suitable but it's way way nicer and it's also a joy to carry.
I'm soft and I don't care.

That's, the easiest solution, get both. 😂

Thank you for the reply. I just figured out how to reply, as I had typed a comment about this on another thread.

My other main issue is I love the grip of the success stock. And to make it worse, I want a cheek riser just in case. Better to have and not need thing.
Problem is that the ultimate and it’s not available in left hand. As much as I love a wood stock, I’d be all over a ultimate LH k95.
It would settle it for me as the thumbhole stock comfort is ideal for my one shot overthinking self ;) Any help from anyone is appreciated.
