Depends what you make of the claims about North Korea's use of 14.5mm ZPU-4 anti-aircraft guns to execute Jang Sung-taek and others. Not exactly efficient use of ammunition unless they have the NK Chucky spending his spare time regulating all 4 barrels to hit a 2 inch circle at 200m :think:
