Re: DR's
Thanks Gentlemen.
Got good news this morning/1 They've taken me off the critical list so may get to go home soon, albeit with some lifestyle changes.

That’s fantastic news, and the quicker you get home the better. lifestyle changes are a good thing so don’t stress. Rest up and speedy recovery.

Hospitals make people more sick. The food is so bad it needs some kind of award - being that horrible takes some serious effort.

Re: DR's
Well that was a shock. I hadn't seen this post and happened to call him to pick his brain on some AR stuff. About floored me when he said he was in the hospital... He's in good spirits but still has a battle to fight with this mess. Spoke about our upcoming trip to Africa in June. Anyone who knows Rick personally would never expect him to be in the hospital fighting anything. He's always been full of energy and ready to go on the next adventure. Hopefully they'll get this fixed soon and he'll be able to get back to enjoying life. Life can certainly throw some detours at you.

On a positive note, at least Rick has found it now and has a good time frame to fight and recover, before your trip to Africa.thechamp wrote: ↑Sun Dec 09, 2018 4:46 pm Well that was a shock. Thanks Guys. I am back at home now with a "limited duty" tag at the end of the rx but on the way. Doc says this massive clot will take up to 6 months to dissolve so not out the woods yet but I don't have to shovel snow this winter!!!

If you can't shovel snow, you can't shoot those big boomers. Send them to me for "safe"keeping. .243 Winchester for you, and, you can probably borrow one of Speedy's skirts ...
