Bunnings cases

Post by Sakobud »

Hi guys,

Just found these at Bunnings and they have two sizes. It seems to be built quite well for the money with a good seal and also has the air release valve.

Padding wise, it comes with three pieces. Egg shell foam on the top lid , thin piece on the bottom and thicker pluck out foam on the top.

Not a pelican but for the price it will do the same job

If you get one. Take the sponge out, fill the bath with water up and chuck a brick on top of it to see if it’s seals ok. I’ve known guys to buy these knock offs and they leak. It’s just the seal and you buy better one.
Measure it, when it’s on the deck

Unfortunately they are way too thick, that size and half the thickness is what I keep looking for.
