Did anyone try it out of his Blaser?
Pulled out the bullet, measured the charge or tried to clone the load?
Bob?

I haven’t tried it yet but plan to do so hopefully after Christmas. Santa is bringing me some.

Re: 6.5 Creedmoor 147 gr ELD® Match
Hey guys,
Are any of you shooting the heavy for caliber bullets like this in the factory Blaser 6.5 Creedmoor barrel? I was under the impression that the Blaser barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor was a 1:10 twist and would not stabilize this bullet or something like the 140 or soon to be released 155 grain Bergers. I only ask because I am in the process of having Elmer build me a 1:8 twist barrel for shooting these types of bullets.
Thanks - Joel

The Blaser 6.5 Creedmoor barrels are 1:8 twist. Still don' know they will stabilize the heavies but do fine with the 143 ELD-X.

Thank you for clearing that up. I was only going off of Europtic's website where it listed it as a 1:10. That makes life a lot easier. You did just mess up a barrel sale for Elmer though!
I thought at one time we had a sticky or a file that listed all of the twist rates for Blaser rifles on this forum, but I can't seem to locate it anymore.
Thanks again.
