New project for a Long range hunting Rifle :
Tikka T3 action
Hardy carbon barrell and titanium muzzle brake
Carbon stock
Complete rifle weight is 2680 grams with 26" and 22 mm match barrell

That's very flash for a Tikka, but I wouldn't want to fire it without that break, that's for sure.

Looks good,
What made you pick a 300win ?
What range do you expect to shoot it at ?
Are you shooting targets or animals with it ?

At only 5.9 lbs, I bet it gets your attention when it goes bang! . . .

I don't think it will be bad to shoot with that brake. My 6.5 STW weighs even less and the recoil is almost non existent. The muzzle blast and flying debris kicked up by the high volume of gas are rather anoying though.

Brumar:

Interesting geometry of slots in the muzzle brake. Appears gas and ejecta would be diverted at greater than 90 deg which would reduce recoil but not encourage anyone to stand in your vicinity.
