Weatherby used to make what I think was called a Euromark. It was a Mark five with a satin, oil finish. A friend of mine had one in 30-06, and it was a beautiful rifle.

I have a Weatherby Mark V, 340 Wby Mag, in a Mark V Lazermark. I just checked their site and they still make the Lazermark, a super beauty. One of the very few that I have second thoughts on taking out of the safe for fear it get a scratch, a true safe queen!!

I don't know what the bc on the 140 grain bullet in the article is, but the numbers look much better with the new Hornady ELD loaded in that cartridge.
