We used to have a double barrel 12 bore handgun which used special short 12 bore shells by Eley . It was a Howda Gun and was kept in the Howda a last measure defence when hunting tiger. A Howda is that rectangular box tied on an elephants back in which the guns would sit, and the Howda gun was to be used in a last ditch effort when a tiger leap into the Howda.

I saw one of these demonstrated on an Outdoor channel firearms show. Very impressive.

I have a old shotgun with a damaged barrel, I maybe cut it down to a very short gun, but if somebody find out I´m in big trouble :?

But would be nice to try it

I have shot some handgun sized shotguns [durring testing, they were evidence in a crime]. Not very plesant to shoot with full power loads.

We used some pump guns, cut down even with the standard magazine tube, with pistol grips for breaching [shooting doors off the hinges, deadbolts etc.

On any shotgun I was going to use as a weapon I would not want one with a pistol grip only.

I think it's the preferred firearm of an armed offender
Measure it, when it’s on the deck
