(Notes) Worked great on this stag. He looks a bit scruffy due to losing his winter coat but was in great condition. Side on at 40 yards through the shoulders. He dropped inside 15 yards. Noise is very similar to a suppressed .22 rifle using sub sonic ammo. I found the projectile under the skin on the opposite shoulder. Perfect mushroom. Minimal meat damage. I will keep shots with this load inside 75 yards. Also very effective on hares and possums. I'm sure there will be a few kipplauf purists out there who will cringe at what I've done to a traditional european sporting rifle. I prefer to put practical before traditional. I'm ready for the stone throwing
Cheers Tim
