But if your going to bait, then do it the ethical way.

Re: Oklahoma
Next you'll be giving the deer a roll of quarters instead of a feeder to go to.

Re: Oklahoma
Deer feeding is big Business here in Md. I am Not a fan, it disrupts natural movements and can help spread disease.
Here generally the one with the largest corn pile wins.

Re: Oklahoma
And there in lies the problem, if you want a deer then your going to need lots of corn.
Is that because corn is cheap over there? I've always found oats to be the best bait here.

Re: Oklahoma
Corn is around $7 per 50lb bag. Probably a tad cheaper in bulk, but I doubt its much cheaper out of a vending machine I have not actually seen one of these yet...a buddy sent that pic to me...but I will be driving by it’s location in a few days and will stop for a closer look.

Re: Oklahoma
Maybe get some better pics so we can get an idea how it works? See the long pipes going away from it but no idea what they do or don't do.ebrownw2 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2019 9:46 pm Corn is around $7 per 50lb bag. Re: Oklahoma
I contacted the company about putting a couple of these machines in Louisiana. Cost about $20K per unit. Customers can use cash, credit cards, or coins. The unit is programmed to dispense corn at either 30lb, 50lb, or 100lb per use. They recommend supplying the empty bags in an old newspaper machine for customers to use. The only thing that kept me from buying a couple was the need of a 30’ auger truck to keep them full.
