Back Up Rifle Is Operational
Picked up another Bighorn TL3 action and a new heavy Palma barrel this morning. Got home and put trigger and muzzle brake on it, then scoped it up. Shot 15 rounds through it then cleaned. Then shot five more, then strapped the magnetospeed on it got an average of 3017 and am sd of 7. For 7 shots. Then shot seven on paper at 100 yards. Got a good bit of wind blowing my tower around when I shoot so that may explain the left and right. All this was new unfired brass I had just necked down. I think it is going to work.

That’s a little ripper, you going to use it in PRS comps?

Yep, it is an almost perfect match to my other rifle. Going to tweak a few things so I can alternate between them.

And the next seven rounds. 41 rounds so far. These are .75 dots, and the squares are 1 inch. So a reasonable.5 MOA.

That’s very impressive, what a sweet little round.

Yep, got about 800 rounds through the other barrel, and it seems to be very unfussy about stuff.

Good shooting. Doesn't appear you have the required $5K or so in a custom build either...
Good time to be around the rifle world. Lots of stuff out there that shoots extremely well without a mortgage.
What scope you running on that one?
