57 grains of N140 shot pretty well out of my R93. Not as accurate as some other bullets but still sub MOA and about 2,500 fps out of a 20.5".

I use 59gr of Varget. COAL of 3.455". Measured MV was around 780m/s, which was a bit faster than I expected based on Quickload but it was what I got. Shoots just like you would expect from a Blaser.

Vihtavuori N540
Nosler AccuBond 250gr COL 82.0mm (the middle of the cannelure)
3.80g / 58.6gr 741m/s (2431fps)
3.90g / 60.2gr 751m/s (2463fps)
4.00g / 61.7gr 776m/s (2545fps)
Federal 215 primer (IMHO this primer is de rigueur in 9.3x62, gives very consistent ignition even in cold temperatures)
Norma brass.
Velocities were chronoed at 3m from the muzzle with Chrony M-1.
Test gun was Blaser R8 pro semi weight with a 58cm barrel.
The last load was the most accurate, but I didn't do extensive accuracy testing since all were accurate enough for moose and whitetail.

Which one of those was the most accurate, if you don't mind sharing?

Sorry, missed that "last load"
Thanks anyway!
QL says it's a compressed load, 106.3% of the case filled. True?

As far as I remember, the case was not overly filled, just snug and tight. Bullet does touch the powder but I didn't have to compress it.icebug wrote:

Some other guy mentioned about QL giving warnings with this load. I took the load from a Finnish reloading manual. There were no signs of overpressure when I did the testing. We have to remember that Blasers have notoriously long freebore so bullet touching the rifling is not an issue. This helps to keep the pressure in acceptable levels. Of course, QL doesn't know a Blaser from a Tikka
I have to do some accuracy tests some day to obtain more data about this loads performance.
Cheers,
Mike
