Cowboy Beans
When I was in Reno last year, Blaserbud Ant was kind enough to book Louis Corner which is the most famous Basque restaurant in Reno.
It was the first time I got to eat a basque bean stew, just like in blazing saddles. I really liked it and hadn't eaten anything like that in Australia. (No its not baked beans in tomato sauce).
So after a bit of searching I found that getting Tolsana beans in Melbourne was going to be hard so the wife got some Bertolli beans becuase they looked similar. Well after soaking overnight she cooked up a bit pot while I was out hunting. I've been living off the bean stew now for a week and she'll be making another batch tomorrow. Takes some time but easy to do. With some nice fresh buns it goes down a treat. I have been passing a lot of wind though

Well hopefully it will be next year. I hope you bought some of our shares because we went from 5c then to 24c closing yesterday. The way gold is going at the moment I'd expect a further re-rating.
