Great service by Leica

After changing battery in my Leica Magnus, some small pieces holding a rubber ring, got bended, and I couldent get the new battery in.

I asked Leica, if they knew about that problem, and they did. I got a DHL lable in a mail, packed the scope, and shipped it tuesday, last week.
Today I got a mail from Leica, scope has new upgraded battery house, cleaned lenses, reticle and put on a new reflex tube, whatever that is, all for free :clap:

They noticed that the scope had some outside marks, and it looked "used", but that´s the truth :whistle:

Tomorrow its on the way back to Denmark, and im really happy for the quick service :dance:

Can’t complain about that. Mate of mine is a rep for them out here and he is always telling me the arguments he has with them over their after sale service. Good to hear you had a win and so your should with what we pay for their gear.

Just got home, and my scope was arrived from Leica, looks like new and the best, new upgraded battery house :clap: :clap:

Cleaned and ready for some roebuck´s :whistle:
