Yeah, I am leaning that way as well.
Cheap as well at around $1400 there abouts. :handgestures-thumbup:
$1099 at Clevers
Mines the ballistic turret. There a bit more I think.

You can get the ballistic turret with reticle 20 further down for $1099, but I guess you are talking illuminated.

I seen that. Bloody cheap I might buy it as a spare.

I was keen on the Meopta Optika5 2.5-10x42 Rimfire ZPlus. I do wonder if the 3 MOA dot in the center of the reticle will get annoying.

With no ETA on the Meopta, I think might order the Zeiss V4 4-16x44 Ret 20 ASV instead.

Yep same, for that price you can't go wrong. Not as good as glass as the V6 or V8 but never the less its a bargain.

marauder wrote: Sun Jun 27, 2021 10:48 pm Funny that you guys mention the Vudoo. I have a Vudoo V-22 with Manners PRS-1 stock (with Gen 2 DBM mini chassis). Very accurate and cool rifle, although I haven't shot it a lot and probably am not doing it justice. It's actually one of the guns I'm considering selling to fund the expansion of the Blaser collection.
My R8 22 LR with it’s preferred ammunition, Eley EPS Match, will shoot just as accurate as my Vudoo with lot selected Lapua Midas+. But as the range increases beyond 100 yards the Vudoo pulls away and leaves the R8 behind. This may simply be an ammunition issue, my R8 does not like the Lapua ammo so I can’t do a straight up comparison, but it defies what I think I know about accuracy. At 300 yards the Vudoo is under 1 MOA and the Blaser has opened to 2.5-3 MOA.
Could this be due to twist rate and bullet stability Bob?.....

No, I think both bullets are nearly identical length and bearing surface. I think it is just as simple as ELey focuses on making the very best 50 meter ammunition for the small bore discipline and Lapua focuses more on accuracy across multiple ranges.

My Zeiss Conquest V4 4-16x44 arrived recently. Seems like a nice scope but unfortunately the closest setting for the parallax / side focus is actually 50m, not 10m as was stated on the Zeiss website.

Probably not a huge issue but still annoying as that’s one of the main reasons I chose this scope.

Anyone had a chance to use theirs yet?
