Hope you enjoy the K95. 7 X 57 should be great.

I only ever used factory ammunition in mine, I didn't particularly like the gun so I didn't shoot it much.
But absolutely love my K95 and I'm sure you will too.
I'm soft and I don't care.

I never new the K95 was available in 7x57, I thought 7x57R was the only option.
Either way a cool, and very useful firearm.
I used to use Norma 156 grain Oryx in my 7x57 for fallow and red deer. Velocity by memory was around 2700fps, and it was a very reliable killer.

I have never used bullets lighter than 156 grain in my 7x57, 7x65R, or 7x64. I have always preferred bullets in the higher end.

The 7x57 turned out to be a7x57RIt was shipped as a7x57 Mauser and advertised as such, but when I opened the box it had changed to a R .This was OK as I own 3 7x65r rifles of diff. types. Put a scope on it and shot it today. It is maybe the most accurate hunting rifle I have ever owned.I used Hornady 139 gr. Interlock with 46.5gr.Imr 4350/Win lr primers.Had several two shot groups ay150yds of half to five eights in.
