Very nice Chuck.
Are the triggers contoured for a left hand shooter, or are they straight?

I restocked a Merkel Drilling years ago from right to left.
The triggers were setup for a right hand shooter.
My gunsmith removed them and set them the other way, easy fix if they annoy you.

They can do that? I did not know. I find the rear trigger to be an awkward bugger to pull. I'm a lefty and they're set for RH. Luckily I've only ever used the rear trigger in anger once

Or you can buy new triggers. I think Recknagel make some.

Looks like the are contoured for left hander. But won't bother me much as the recoil

If it doesn’t bother you, just leave them.
You can always change or reset them later, if they ever bother you…. ;)

The dang safety was sticking so I couldn't unlock it. I had that fixed. It's now not returning back after firing. Smith reckons the firing pins are weak and need replacing so it's another call to blaser.

The old stock had plenty of splits in it from the recoil.

I'll get this beast shooting well, even if it kills me.

Rcbs trim die is $500 ouch.
