Hi all!

Let’s say you are a licensed C&R collector, registered and annual fee paid, for many years.

You have applied for a Form 6 at BATF and they granted it.

You have found and paid for rifles in an EU country.

The seller there has applied for an export license which is granted and he has also found a decent price for shipping said lot of rifles.

So all that is cleared and shipping is done and the lot arrives at Dallas/Fort Worth.

All paperwork and costs up to here is known and settled.

But what happens next? What are the costs? As a registered C&R collector I can import without an FFL and I have done so carrying rifles as checked luggage without any hassle or big costs.But this time I can’t fly to pick them up.

I just want to be prepared for both paperwork and costs/fees.

Anyone who really knows about this?
