I would use either a Norton India oilstone or a Diamond impregnated "stone".

I would suggest a Lansky sharpening system. I had a friend demo one for me about 15 years ago, and I have been using one ever since.Image

One advantage of the Lansky is that the guide keeps your edge angle true with every sharpening. I started out with "regular" stones on mine, but I upgraded a few years ago to diamond stones. I honestly can't tell any difference.Image
