OK i have noticed a new "Forum rules" bar. I must say that i am not impressed with the rules of this forum. I would complain to the Admin but we all know that wont work because he is the one making the rules.. So i wont complain i will just politely ask to be put into Lena's group because Olsen is in a group of his own and we all deserve to give him manure

Oh crap........ just have to go and check if i have picked on Lena yet..!!! Wait a minute.. If i pick on Lena i am sure she will give it back just as good, if not better..

I´ve just been to my first ever Bodypump workout, and I told the instructor that I wanted to l k like the girl with the bow, he just laughed and said that it´s not THAT kind off BodyPUMP he does
Maybe I need to talk with a surgeon instead
