GG&G Bipod

Post by Corjack »

I have kind of a Bipod shortage at this point, and frankly I have not really decided what I like. Really like the versa pod the best so far, just not the weight. Just bought a GG&G. Like the weight and the qd system wished the legs locked back pas 90 degrees, but not a deal breaker.

Have you tried Neopod? If so, thots? It is extremely lightweight.

I've always liked the Harris design for a lightweight hunting bipod, but they aren't quite stable enough for L/R work.

Maybe, I'm not the one that complains about the price, but 500$ for a bipod is little mutch

Learn how to use a sling and you don't need a bipod. That said, hardly anyone is willing to learn how to use a sling properly, It is a grueling process and it's a dying art. I've actually seen an accomplished sling shooter whip an accomplished F-Class shooter, FTR vs Palma rifle both .308. at 600 yards mid range match.

My ex once tied me up and beat me with a sling. Now I shake too bad when I try to use one. I have yet to be abused with a Bipod.

I've used em L/R but once you use GRS and similar bi-pods nothing else feels as good.

Atlas is on the list, but for now the Harris will do just fine.
