We had the heart and kidneys pan fried in garlic butter for dinner last night. Not everyone’s taste but I enjoy it. I gave the spiker to an old mate who’s hard hunting days are pretty much over.
You are having a great run on the jap stags and the pheasants . That dog is proving to be something pretty special.

Not too keen on heart, love liver and kidneys but heart is a bit to in between tastes to me.
I'm soft and I don't care.
