Merry Christmas

Post by Oscar »

In prep for tomorrow I have started the the cooking, one picture of a buffet turkey prepped for tomorrow, more cooking to come over next 20 hours with lamb, duck, chicken wings and stuffing/ trimmings.

I hope you spend yours with people you want to be with. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all....unless of course you support Carlton In the AFL, then I hope next season is terrible for you!

Merry Christmas :obscene-drinkingcheers:

There is nothing better than trying to caramelise a ham in an unknown oven using an untested recipe :sad-roulette:

Might have to spend NYE shooting hares using unknown loads through an unfamiliar rifle
