In prep for tomorrow I have started the the cooking, one picture of a buffet turkey prepped for tomorrow, more cooking to come over next 20 hours with lamb, duck, chicken wings and stuffing/ trimmings.

There is nothing better than trying to caramelise a ham in an unknown oven using an untested recipe
Might have to spend NYE shooting hares using unknown loads through an unfamiliar rifle
Stay out of the way of fires guys
And for all our northern hemisphere members, any snow you wish to send us via post will still be useful by the time in arrives, just seal the package properly
