Specifications for adjustment screws on Blaser scope mounts.

Post by Vol423 »

The slotted screws used to adjust the clamp levers on Blaser mounts are too fine for the Blaser screwdriver. I always grind the screwdrivers down to fit. But I'd much rather have a Torx head on the screw. Would anyone have the specifications for the screws? Maybe I could find some. Or maybe someone in Germany could ask Recknagel , who makes the mounts, to furnish replacement screws with Torx heads.

INNOMOUNT uses Torx screws in their mounts. I get mine from Titanium GunWorks.

Both Innogun and Henneberger are using Torx screws.

If You have a picture of them disassembled (contact me by email at my website), I could have a look to find those parts for You, but I guess that these are special parts, machined just for Blaser, so no standard screws will work probably.
