Re: Happy birthday Dinsdale!
Thanks.....
I wish I could regale you with events of the day, but I camped out last night and did a little hiking at dawn and went to a lumberjack/outdoor equiptment show upstate.....tried to find some better chainsaw chain but the guy I needed wasn't there this year
Had a good time as this is the white trash show of the year and I seem to be fitting in better and better
On a positive note....I got in just a bit ago and in the middle of my cattle pen were 6 deer.I took down a few fence sections to let the deer get in at the new cover plantings in there.(steers are in the freezer)
One is the piebald buck fawn I had in my food plot last year. He's a strapping 3 pointer now with super long spikes(one with a fork). I was sure he was killed as his mother was hit by a car last spring(she was piebald too) and I have not seen him since last December.
Sure hope he makes it through this hunting season too!
