(Notes) I found this to be a good load for practice, shooting at water filled plastic gallon milk jugs at 50 yards offhand. This light weight bullet really explodes the milk jugs. With my R 8 and scopes sighted in for 100 yards, this load is minute of milk jug at 50 yards. There is virtually no recoil to interfere with seeing the milk jug explode through the scope.
