I like this link. It's not live, but refreshes every 30 seconds.

Cool to see green there after the first rains.Nossob just had rain for the first time last week.

Some smokin' cape buffalo at Satara around midnight their time, and elephant at Orpen.Hyenas show up alot in the dry season around June, but they are not there much now.

Saw a lone female lion last year with a kill at Orpen, duiker or fawn, maybe.

I stayed at Satara camp in 2006,not to far from Orpen gate, about mid point of park(north to south).

Very nice, Dinsdale :D

In fact live web cam is a powerful tool. The Internet is rapidly changing the way we all communicate and interact.

There are 3 live cams in Botswana, but every couple of minutes you have to sit thru an advertisement.

And it loads poor on my internet connection.I'm in the sticks, and don't have super fast speed here.

When I did Kruger, had 6 monster buff right along side the fence line of the bungalow. One had to go 46",a real monster.I was with my PH,and we had our guns locked in the truck.Sure was tempting ;)

I hunt not far from where you were, only higher up in the Drackenberg mountains of the Limpopo Province near Steelport. But no Buffalo, Lion or Elephant there, only leopard.
However, there are quite a few working farms there and we have a ball on Francolin, African Pheasants and Guinea Fowl :)
Also some rather spectacular shooting of Klippspringer and Mountain Reedbuck on these high mountains. Challenging and interesting. :D :D
