Notes
DO NOT TRY THIS LOAD, until I work with Dchamp, to determine if it is over pressure. It is pretty fast, and I had no data to go with.
I researched the Internet considerably. Everyone that was using it in a fairly consistent manner, indicated it took 1 grain more, than their H4350 loads, with the same bullet weights. I loaded up three rounds with 45 grains, and had a bit of remorse, thinking I should have started at 44. 45 shot well, and primers were nice and rounded, seated bullets a tad deeper, and kept shooting. Upped the charge, .3 grains, still no pressure signs, and nicely rounded primers. Kept fiddling with bullet depth, and it was not spearing to be very critical, but there was a difference, finally lengthened it out with 45.6 grains. Was holding .5 MOA at 400 yards, with three shots going into about two inches. When I cronoed it at 20 feet, was surprised to see 2890 fps. That was a 100 fps faster than I would have guessed. Now my crono might not be terribly accurate, and that is why I do not use it much. I have loaded up ten more rounds, to wait for another day, to check for consistency.

Wow that's a fast load.
It will be very interesting to see how much pressure is involved.

Ah..ah..ah. dude! .... sorry for the Dude but I'm a third or fourth generation Californian, it's part of my lexicon. QuickLoad doesn't list IMR4451 or the Berger 130gr Hybrid OTM Tactical #26195 so I've used their 130 VLD Hunting #26503 and other similar powders. Here is what I can give you for reference.
According to QL with your load from above: I don't know your Zero distance so I used 100yds @std sea level with the scope @ 1.7" above the bore.
Powder........fps.....psi...path@ 400 yds
AR2209.......2731, 49881,...29.5"
H-4350........2786, 5659,....28.1"
IMR 4350.....2792, 56968,...28.0"
RL-17.........2870, 55774,...26.1"
Norma URP, 2859, 58523,...26.4"
VVN550......2850, 58008,...26.6"
Regardless thats good shooting.
It looks sunny in your part of the woods. I thought you would be under water with all the rain that has been reported in Missouri.

I am thinking this is a good load. It shot well at 45, 45.3, and the final load of 45.6. Hopefully Quiclkoad will update their data, and we can get a better idea. I am sure it is bumping 60,000 PSI.

Another nice load. That 400yd group is a beaut, I know you have RL17 on hand. Have you tried any of the Alliant powders in the 6.5x55? My dies are on the way from Midway, and I'm looking forward to playing with this caliber.

I used to always use RL 22. But it is not very temp insensitive, so am working away from it.
