(Notes) Have been wanting a varmint load for my 6.5s. Also wanted to use up powder, that I have on hand. Read several places that Amax bullets tend to be a bit explosive on game, so thought they would suffice for coyotes. Used brass I have shot about a dozen times, annealed with my annealing machine, and sized with my new Redding full length bushing die, using a .293 bushing. Not a lot of neck tension, but it seemed ok. Next time I order something, I will get a .292, just for giggles. The wind cooperated today, and my first shot was the high one, the next four went into about three inches. Made it about four inches with the first shot included. Will play with it a bit, and try and tighten things up.

Even my Sako Finnlight likes this load. Was aiming at the bullet hole upper right @100 yards.
