I set that one tumbling on the concrete floor of the boiler room. Even with the rubber lining it's makes a fair old racket. I'd run it in the barn except I do my reloading during the winter and it is usually well below zero.
Thankyou Vaughan, I am starting to lean towards the Frankford Arsenal tumbler.
I like the idea of having no belts to replace.
I plan to replace my Tumblers Tumbler with the Frankford when it wears out. I'm now on my third belt and second set of axles and it is rusted heavily in some areas. It is reasonably quiet if I place it on a piece of carpet to insulate it from the hard floor.

Thanks Bob.
I really like the idea of the Frankford Arsenal unit being a direct drive design without belts. I can live with a bit of noise.

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can buy the Frankford Arsenal tumbler in Australia?
None of my local gunshops seem to stock it?

Thanks Allan

Not purchased from here and look like they are sold out with a shipment coming. Also have the Lyman one which appears similar.

Hinterland Shooting Supplies were doing them, and are very good to deal with.

Well I bought one of these yesterday at a 20% off sale.
It's, a CED Tornado, a brand I have never heard of.
Very heavy solid looking thing with cast base.
Has anyone used one or have anything good or bad to say about them?
